Requirements

Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Previous experience in a manufacturing maintenance role required, with a solid understanding of machinery and equipment maintenance.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks efficiently.
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and work at heights.
Ability to pass forklift certification (post-hire).
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues and supervisors.
Must be able to read and interpret complex technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Must have a valid Utah driver's license.
Relevant technical certifications or documented training in maintenance functions.

Nice To Haves

Experience with welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and electronics is highly desired.
Proven experience with control systems and CMMS software.
Maintenance proficiency test may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
Keep detailed records of all work performed and communicate effectively with production teams and supervisors.
Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to the 5S program across the plant.
Work with area Team Leaders to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement in processes, safety, and maintenance efficiency.
