Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Gil-Mar Manufacturing Company is currently looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. 1st shift - Monday - Thursday - 6:00 AM - 4:15 PM (Friday and Saturday with opportunities for overtime) This position will be required to perform machine maintenance on various types of machines within a manufacturing environment. Experience with diagnosing and repairing issues with CNC's Will be responsible diagnosing and repairing dials, presses and other miscellaneous manufacturing equipment. The ability to use CNC controls to diagnose machine repairs through ladder logic. Fanuc controls experience is desired. Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, and PLCs Maintain mobile equipment, Hi-Lo, floor scrubber, etc., change/check oil levels and perform minor maintenance. Using Preventative Maintenance check sheets, perform preventative maintenance (grease, oil, belt inspection etc..) on equipment as stated. Excellent benefit package after 90 calendar days!
