Tasks to support results.) • Posses the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment in a timely manner. • Perform preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance with minimal impact on schedules and quotas. • Identify and perform continuous improvement of maintenance tasks. • Manage vendors for scheduling of repairs and supplies. • Maintain maintenance records per SOP. • Assist in IQ / PQ protocols as required per customer criteria. • Perform and assist with technical installations and operations of manufacturing equipment. • Maintain communication with management of active and potential repairs for minimal impact on manufacturing timelines. • Identify and correct any safety issues. • Support manufacturing and facility staff as necessary.
