Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple maintenance requests independently with attention to detail.
• Reliable communication via email or digital reporting.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• On-call schedule availability
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform work in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening and other applicable checks, as permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Simple diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and issues with precision and urgency.
• Complete work orders independently and document all maintenance activities using email or digital tracking systems.
• Maintain detailed records of materials, time, and repairs according to company processes.
• Support small property-level projects as needed, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area with respect for personal and resident spaces.
