WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Completion of resident work orders (general repairs, plumbing, appliance repairs) Prepare vacant units for future renters Upkeep of the grounds, amenities (pools, etc.), and BBQ grills (indoor/outdoor) Ensure all equipment is in working condition and follow preventative maintenance schedule Communicate with the Service Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame. Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management. Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor. Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections. Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards. Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs. Requirements

You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with Luxury experience
You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
