  • Organized and efficient: You know how to prioritize your day and handle a steady flow of tasks without getting overwhelmed.
  • Ready to roll: You’re over 18, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Tackle general maintenance tasks like repairing fixtures, troubleshooting plumbing, fine-tuning appliances, and solving on-the-spot issues—keeping units safe, functional, and looking great.
  • Regularly inspect buildings, equipment, and appliances to catch issues before they become problems.
  • Replace or repair broken appliances and make sure everything from toilets to doorknobs works as it should.
  • Help maintain safe properties by removing hazards, and ensuring building systems are compliant.
  • Work with contractors and suppliers to get repairs and projects done efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Keep clear, open lines of communication with property managers, team members, and residents.
  • Plan and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
  • Support and train new team members as they get up to speed on tools, tasks, and our culture.
  • Go above and beyond to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences for both residents and teammates.
  • Stay aware of key performance indicators and consistently work to meet or exceed goals through thoughtful, data-driven action.
