Nice To Haves

Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
Technical certification or training is appreciated.

Responsibilities

Inspect properties and equipment regularly to find and fix maintenance issues.
Handle repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep things running safely and efficiently.
Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
Keep details records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Work with the team to improve how we maintain our communities.
Ensure everything is safe and organized in your workspace.
Help install new equipment when needed.
Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours calls as part of a rotation schedule.
