Work Experience Required: Experience in basic construction and general maintenance.
Education and Training: High school diploma or GED.
Special Conditions: A valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to agency insurer.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and available to work a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
Carry forth the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the agency.
Work with supervisor to determine schedule.
Provide building maintenance services: basic electric and plumbing repair, preventative maintenance, painting, carpentry, roof repair, window repair, moving furniture as necessary.
Work as maintenance team member providing building maintenance and repair to all facilities.
Maintain and care for company provided vehicle.
Maintain and care for company provided tools.
Work with computer and smart devices to complete daily task.
Update work orders with pertinent information regarding status of work order request.
Pick up parts and supplies, as needed.
Complete monthly Preventive Maintenance Checks on assigned facilities.
Ensure proper playground maintenance, including raking mulch.
Complete all task to standard showing complete attention to detail to ensure work is being done properly the first time.
Communicate all necessary information to the appropriate staff.
Attend all trainings required by the agency.
Maintain confidentiality in all areas for families and staff.
