Responsibilities include completing service requests efficiently, maintaining apartment grounds and common areas, performing make‑readies, and handling general plumbing, electrical, and construction repairs. You should also be able to manage larger projects as they arise. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important, and the ability to speak and read both English and Spanish is preferred. Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Three years of apartment maintenance experience required

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC experience preferred
  • HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus (not required)
  • The ability to speak and read both English and Spanish is preferred
