Responsibilities include completing service requests efficiently, maintaining apartment grounds and common areas, performing make‑readies, and handling general plumbing, electrical, and construction repairs. You should also be able to manage larger projects as they arise. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important, and the ability to speak and read both English and Spanish is preferred.
