We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain property appearance, support preventive maintenance programs, and ensure our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable environment. What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in property upkeep by: Preparing Units: Perform make-ready tasks such as painting and carpet cleaning to prepare units for new residents. Providing Support: Assist the Service Manager or Service Technicians with maintenance tasks as needed. Maintaining Grounds: Work with the Groundskeeper to ensure the property and pool are clean and well-maintained. Conducting Preventive Maintenance: Support filter changes and other routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Repairing HVAC Units: Work on HVAC units and complete necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Being Available: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.

Requirements

Have at least 1 year of maintenance experience.
Possess reliable transportation or are willing to live onsite.
Have your own tools to complete job tasks.
Are proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Have training in at least four of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, carpet repairs, refurbishing, and cleaning.
