About The Position
Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician in the state of Maryland (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work. The Maintenance Tech position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the surrounding areas of Connecticut and Massachusetts. We have customers within the following zip codes: CT: 4436,4441,5410,5359 MA: 4445,4450,5562,6351 Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
Requirements
- 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
