About The Position

Greek Peak Mountain Resort Mission Statement: “To Create Unforgettable Memories” Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark! Are you a skilled handyman with a passion for maintaining beautiful spaces? Hope Lake Lodge is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure our lodge and resort facilities are in top condition for guests. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, from light plumbing and electrical to carpentry, ensuring our lodge remains a safe, welcoming, and pristine destination. If you enjoy a hands-on role in a vibrant resort environment, we’d love to meet you! Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have Night & WEEKEND availability.

Requirements

• Experienced & Handy : You have 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Detail-Oriented & Reliable : Strong attention to detail, ensuring all maintenance tasks meet high standards.
• Service-Minded: Friendly, positive, and committed to providing great service to guests and colleagues alike.
• Physically Fit: Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various conditions.
• Flexible: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance : Execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on lodge buildings and fixtures to keep everything running smoothly.
• Quickly Respond to Room Repairs : Collaborate with Housekeeping to address room repairs efficiently, ensuring guests have a seamless experience.
• Record and Report: Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, and report any safety issues that need immediate attention.
• Assist Across Departments : Support other departments as needed to maintain a smooth and guest-centered environment.
• Deliver Excellent Service: Respond to guest requests with a friendly, can-do attitude, helping to create a comfortable and welcoming stay.
