About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by installing, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring machinery reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

Requirements

Experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; electrical knowledge a plus
Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, conveyors, or automated equipment
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation
Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and production equipment
Perform equipment rebuilds and upgrades to improve reliability and performance
Participate in scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls as part of a rotating on-call schedule
Collaborate daily with production teams and maintenance leadership regarding equipment status
Diagnose machine malfunctions and operational issues across multiple systems
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions
Serve as a technical resource to equipment operators during troubleshooting
Evaluate assigned projects, plan repairs, and execute work within defined timelines
Anticipate risks and operational impacts before performing repairs or modifications
Ensure equipment is fully tested and operational following maintenance activities
Order necessary parts, materials, tools, and supplies
Help control maintenance costs while maintaining quality and reliability standards
Maintain accurate communication regarding plant conditions impacting safety, cost, or production
Promote strong working relationships and open communication across teams
Stay current with evolving maintenance technologies and industry best practices
Follow all plant safety procedures, housekeeping requirements, and work rules
