Your Role: As an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician , you'll work alongside experienced professionals to support production by maintaining and repairing industrial equipment. You'll gain valuable real-world experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems-building a solid foundation for a long-term career in the maintenance field.

Requirements

• Completion of a trade school program in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical technology, or a related field.
• A strong interest in hands-on mechanical work.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company.
• A safety-conscious mindset and solid communication skills.
• Dependability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
• Support troubleshooting efforts on mechanical and electrical issues.
• Learn how to inspect and service food processing machinery.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work spaces organized and safe.
• Work as part of a team to ensure reliable production operations.
