About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our plastic recycling and pelletizing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual ( English and Spanish )
- Maintenance or mechanical experience preferred (industrial or manufacturing setting a plus)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plastic recycling and pelletizing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and work to minimize equipment downtime
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and preventive maintenance programs
- Replace worn or broken parts as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support the production team to ensure smooth operation of all machinery
