About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at two properties, Devonshire & Lyndon Crossings, totaling over 470 units in Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers. This position requires an on-call rotation. Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Technical and HVAC understanding
• Electronic troubleshooting
• Equipment maintenance
• Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
• Prolonged periods standing and walking
