About The Position

We are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to our growing team! If you have experience with equipment repair, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems — and you’re eager to learn and expand your skills — this is a great opportunity for you. You’ll work alongside experienced staff, gain valuable exposure, and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent); trade-related training preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing (food production experience is a plus!).
• Strong mechanical ability and knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Forklift operator license (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to manage daily work assignments independently and follow through to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, dismantle, repair, and reassemble production equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to keep operations running.
• Respond quickly to requests from management, QA, and production staff.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with plant staff.
• Work from schematics, prints, and written/verbal instructions.
• Perform building and plumbing repairs, welding, cutting, and pipe fitting.
• Collaborate with outside vendors on building and equipment services.
• Support any of our three plant locations when needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment.
• Complete tasks with minimal direct supervision.
