This role is essential to keeping our production running efficiently and effectively. You will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma/ GED
  • 1+ year(s): Industrial experience with the following: 480v 3-phase motors, transformers, variable frequency drives, PLCs (Siemens and Fanuc preferred), safety relays and safety circuits, power supplies, motor control centers.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot motors and electronics, specifically using the following: electrical multimeter, Megger tester, and amp probe.
  • Demonstrated ability to read electrical / wiring diagrams and machine mechanical diagrams.
  • Industrial experience with complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand PLC ladder logic.
  • Experience with operating or troubleshooting CNC controllers.
  • Ability to lift light to medium weight in an environment that may occasionally require crouching, stooping and/or awkward work positions.
  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to participate in LEAN team events on a regular basis.
