About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support facility operations. Basically, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly — machines stay running, systems stay reliable, and the plant keeps moving without a hitch.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial repair work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks safely and accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology.
Familiarity with PLCs, motors, pumps, HVAC, and building systems.
Experience working in manufacturing, production, or facility maintenance setting.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.

Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
Repairs: Replace faulty components such as motors, belts, bearings, or lighting fixtures.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Work Orders: Complete assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and document all work performed.
Facility Upkeep: Support with general facility maintenance such as painting, minor carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC assistance.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations, janitorial, and safety teams to maintain an efficient and clean work environment.
