Position: Maintenance Technician Location: East Cincinnati Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Hamilton County) Cincinnati, OH Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation Competitive Pay: $22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications) Bring Your Skills If you enjoy variety, solving challenges, and making an impact, this role will put your skills to work every day. 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor construction Basic Carpentry, Electrical and Plumbing Experienced in gutter and downspout repair, door and gate hardware, and wood trim replacement Able to work safely and confidently on ladders for roof, siding, and gutter projects Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position Make an Impact As a District Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities.
