Requirements

  • A heart for serving seniors – You’re compassionate, patient, and committed to making a difference.
  • A collaborative spirit – You thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail – You ensure residents receive top-quality, individualized care.
  • 2 years of experience in the field with a demonstrated ability to complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs preferred.
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose property malfunctions, replace and repair parts, then test to make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing tasks.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
