Requirements

2 years of experience in the field with a demonstrated ability to complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs preferred.
High school Diploma or GED
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

Diagnose property malfunctions, replace and repair parts, then test to make adjustments.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing tasks.
Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
