Requirements

  • A detail oriented and task-focused individual

  • Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
  • Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
  • Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
  • Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
  • Embodying an owner's mindset.
