Requirements
- A detail oriented and task-focused individual

- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
- Embodying an owner's mindset.
