About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician with Reside Living, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the physical integrity of our properties. Your work ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. You'll be an essential part of our commitment to delivering an exceptional living experience in some of Chicago's best neighborhoods. Location: This position covers several buildings in the West Loop. Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 10 AM - 6:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

Passion for providing exceptional service and maintaining safe, beautiful living spaces.
Minimum of 1-3 years in maintenance or a related field; proficiency in mechanical system repairs is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Preferred knowledge of and experience repairing mechanical systems – plumbing, electric, HVAC, hot water heaters, etc.
