About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong troubleshooting background in electrical controls and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and repairing equipment that includes PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, chains and belting, conveying systems, and valves. A solid understanding of basic blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting is essential. This role supports a fast-paced production environment and requires a proactive, safety-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of electrical experience, specifically in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility, including elevated or confined spaces.
• Ability to access all components and areas of company equipment for maintenance and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Record and document daily meter readings, boiler chemistry levels, and sanitation checkpoints.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls during production hours to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery efficiently and effectively while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on proper machinery operation and safety procedures.
