Your Role: As an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to support production by maintaining and repairing industrial equipment. You'll gain valuable real-world experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems-building a solid foundation for a long-term career in the maintenance field.

Requirements

Completion of a trade school program in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical technology, or a related field.
A strong interest in hands-on mechanical work.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company.
A safety-conscious mindset and solid communication skills.
Dependability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist with preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
Support troubleshooting efforts on mechanical and electrical issues.
Learn how to inspect and service food processing machinery.
Keep tools, equipment, and work spaces organized and safe.
Work as part of a team to ensure reliable production operations.
