About The Position

Requirements

  • Someone who is comfortable working in a Senior Living Residential Setting.
  • At least 5 years of professional maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping the interior and exterior of the community in top condition.
  • Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs.
  • Preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring move-in readiness.
  • Regularly inspecting and maintaining AC filters, Pull Cords, Smoke Alarms, and grounds.
  • Assisting residents promptly with maintenance needs.
  • Executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks.
  • Good Communication
