Maintenance Technician-Industrial Maintenance Manufacturing – 3rd Shift (10pm-6am)
About The Position

Position Summary As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the maintenance needs of our facility. You’ll assist in training and guiding junior technicians, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and collaborate with senior team members to maintain high operational standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; skilled trades education is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Injection Molding machine maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics
- Capable of lifting 20 lbs. and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and related tools)
- Professional demeanor and respectful communication
- Ability to multitask and lead by example
Responsibilities
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
- Perform basic repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Assist senior technicians with complex maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair activities
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support on the production floor
- Communicate unresolved issues to the next shift
- Accurately complete all required documentation
- Follow established procedures for spare parts management
