Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
