In this role, the Maintenance Technician will monitor all aspects of the account, identifying and repairing problems as they arise and will serve as the on-site maintenance point of contact. Other key responsibilities include daily checking of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as well as performing routine maintenance service (change filters, clean coils, lube moving parts, etc.) on these systems and make repairs as necessary. Will be responsible for constructing, repairing and/or replace items specified by the faculty and staff for improving their educational programs. This may include shelving, play/theater props, physical education equipment, etc. Will also make preparations for the many events held on the campus, including set up and break downs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities
