Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required ; college coursework preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (chains, gears, bearings, etc.)
- Proven experience with electrical and mechanical processing equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical processing equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime
- Support line startups and adjust equipment for optimal performance
- Assist in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment following company policies
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned
