Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- General repair skills and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/EPA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
- Prepare vacant units (make-readies)
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Provide great customer service to residents
