Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of building maintenance experience
• Knowledge in two or more skilled trades
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and major appliances
• Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently and independently
• Work across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC
• Support a housing network that truly impacts the local community
