The Village of St. Barnabas is looking for a Maintenance Technician! Job Type: Full Time What You Will Do: Experience in H.V.A.C. highly preferable but not required. Service heating and cooling units at all facilities Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway Repairs the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested Assure that work assignments areas are clean and equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored before leaving the area Perform and complete preventative maintenance schedule as set forth by the supervisor Required to be on-call for emergency conditions/situations What You Will Bring: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
