We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to start in July , who takes pride in their work, works fast without cutting corners, and thrives on being the go-to person for “I can fix that.” If that sounds like you, let’s talk.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or skilled trades
• Solid experience in HVAC, plumbing, and drywall
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and move efficiently
• Comfort with mobile work order systems and basic technology
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule

Nice To Haves

• Student housing or turn experience?
• EPA certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and basic electrical issues
• Patch drywall, paint, and perform basic carpentry and make-ready repairs
• Get apartments move-in ready during turn season — and fast!
• Be part of the rotating on-call team for emergency repairs (with compensation)
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked maintenance areas
• Communicate with student residents respectfully and professionally
• Follow all OSHA and safety protocols – always
