About The Position

Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region. Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance.

Requirements

HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience
General maintenance knowledge
Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
Able to work well with minimal supervision
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
General knowledge of safety rules and regulations
Good communication and customer service skills
Must have own tools

Responsibilities

HVAC - preventative maintenance, repair, and installation
Make readies
Turns and work orders
Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Appliance repair
Excellent customer service experience required
Must be willing to be on call one week at a time on a rotation basis
