We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support operations in our advanced manufacturing facility. You'll play a critical role in keeping our high-speed production lines running smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision and problem-solving.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical skills with proven experience in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable using tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely and effectively
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
• Monitor and maintain high-speed production systems for efficiency and uptime
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and 480V systems (experience required)
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes as needed
• Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments
