About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakeside Terraces. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our property. Duties include performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and completing preventative maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
