They are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for a 109-space, all-age Manufactured Housing Community in Yucaipa, California. This role involves performing a variety of general maintenance tasks requiring strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge in building and facility maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems, submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric, and water), groundskeeping and landscape, swimming pool maintenance, and general carpentry.
Requirements
- Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours
- 1 year of general maintenance experience
