Maintenance Technician - The Residences at Page Park

About The Position

We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive, "can do" and team player attitude; and an eye for detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; and general construction repairs . Ability to handle large projects. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak and read in two languages English and Spanish is preferred. Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. On-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Three years of previous apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC experience is preferred. HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus, but not required.
