About The Position

YOUR JOB: You’ll be performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues on manual and electronically controlled equipment, as well as other facility structures/systems, in a heavy metal fabrication environment. This is a 2nd shift position and training will be provided to help you grow your skills. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with routine preventative maintenance on equipment Help troubleshoot and repair machinery and facility systems Work with experienced technicians to learn best practices and procedures Perform basic inspection and repair of physical plant YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: · Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn · Some maintenance, mechanical, or industrial experience preferred but not required · Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license . Basic electrical knowledge is a plus, but not required . Strong work ethic and ability to work safely in an industrial environment YOUR COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND PERKS: This position has a wage range of $20.00-$25.50 per hour plus differential. You’ll be eligible for our Gainsharing bonus program after 90 days.
