Requirements
- Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, Pool maintenance, grounds Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- EPA or CPO certification is a plus!
Responsibilities
- “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
- Complete resident and property service requests
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
