About The Position

We are looking for a Community Maintenance Technician. Our ideal candidate has experience or the desire to learn landscaping, snow removal, minor interior home repairs, and general grounds maintenance. Requirements

• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• Strong work ethic
• 1-year property maintenance experience or Willingness To Learn
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools, lawn care, and landscaping equipment
• Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal

Nice To Haves

• experience snow plowing and related snow removal equipment
• Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager

• Landscaping

• General cleanup of grounds
• Home rental turnarounds
• Light plumbing
• Light painting and carpentry
• Problem-solving
• Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
