About The Position

Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime; responsible for set up, adjustment, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in the production facility.

Requirements

• Support Equipment (Ovens, Packing lines, Conveyors.
• Plumbing, Pneumatic Hydraulics, Cutting.
• Strong Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills
• Service-oriented(responsive)
• Power Industrial Training Certification a plus
• Electrical, PLC Diagnostics a plus
• Welding MIG, TIG, Stick a plus
• Self-Starter- able to start and complete projects independently
• Effective communicator
• Process-oriented, methodical
• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years’ experience in industrial bakery and/or food manufacturing environment preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Ability to perform the following: standing for extended periods of time; walking, lifting, climbing, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and stooping
• Ability to lift 60 pounds frequently
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible work hours
