About The Position

As Site Maintenance for Canyon Springs, you will be responsible for site drives of the community to ensure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants is being adhered to. You will familiarize yourself with the community Declaration of Covenants as well as the app-based violation management system. You will perform regular interval drives of the community in its entirety and issue violations, as identified. Other duties of the Site Maintenance include but are not limited to assisting with maintenance tasks for the Association as needed, employing knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently as well as learning new skills on the job, as required to complete maintenance tasks. Additional tasks may include performing facility inspections and formulating maintenance schedules and implementing cost-saving measures and solutions to enhance the overall performance of Association infrastructure. Many candidates joining our company have experienced previous success in areas such as property maintenance, and administrative or task/project management roles; they are able to work independently with some supervision and direction. Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • At least 1 year property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, welding experience
  • Driver's License
  • Reliable Truck
  • Tools

Nice To Haves

  • Property management/maintenance experience
  • Professional experience in community management or maintenance
  • Professional experience with vendor management

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Site Drives: Perform regular interval drives of the community to ensure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants.
  • Familiarize oneself with the community Declaration of Covenants and app-based violation management system.
  • Identify violations during site drives and issue appropriate violations.
  • Maintenance Assistance: Assist with maintenance tasks for the Association as needed.
  • Utilize knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Learn new skills on the job, as required, to effectively perform maintenance tasks.
  • Facility Inspections: Collaborate with the Director of Lifestyle Management Formulate maintenance schedules based on inspection findings.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and solutions to improve the overall performance of Association infrastructure.
