About The Position

We are an established AS9100 -certified CNC turning and milling job shop, providing precision -machined parts to the medical, aerospace, and commercial industries. We are seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility and equipment running smoothly.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and hands -on troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while following directions and collaborating with team members

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Haas milling and turning machines or CNC repair is a plus
• General building/facility maintenance experience is a plus
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
• Assist with unplanned machine repairs in coordination with advanced repair technicians
• Support CNC operators with daily machine checks
• Maintain the facility in a clean, organized, and efficient condition
• Collaborate with the team to drive toward a world -class manufacturing environment
• Work with subcontractors as needed for facility upgrades
