About The Position

MTNA - ETERNITY SYSTEMS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in York, PA, USA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our washing and sanitizing industry equipment and facilities. This is a full-time 3rd shift, regular employment position that requires hands-on expertise and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Shift Hours 2:30pm - 11:00pm M-F with Saturday on rotation for PMs. First & Second installations of automation have been completed. One more section of automation is scheduled before the end of the calendar year. Safety & Continuous improvement are top priorities. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who meets the following criteria: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or service industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial washing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.
