Requirements

• Must have valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• EPA or CPO certification a plus!

Responsibilities

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, Pool maintenance, grounds Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
