Requirements
- A strong background in property maintenance or related trades such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
- Previous experience with appliance repairs and HVAC troubleshooting
- EPA Type II or Universal HVAC certification preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between Madison and Sun Prairie.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled maintenance and repair work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general building systems.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently.
- Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure property curb appeal.
- Maintain common areas and grounds, including seasonal upkeep.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with vendors and property teams to ensure smooth operations.
