Maintain all equipment for manufacturing and the facility through preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs. Help ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and OSHA. 2nd Shift (2:15pm - 10:45pm)

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced technical degree or college preferred
  • Prior facility maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of tools and proper usage.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to change focus from one problem to another quickly
  • Some knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, etc.
  • Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure facility meets all safely regulations/requirements.
  • Assist in setting up for meetings held in facility.
  • Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.
  • Repair manufacturing equipment & peripheral support equipment (vacuum pumps, compressors, dryers, etc.)
  • Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment & peripheral support equipment
  • Assist with the installation, relocation and, decommission equipment
  • Use CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to schedule PM’s, log repairs and downtime
  • Troubleshoot & diagnose basic equipment problems
  • Maintain spare parts inventory
  • Source parts and tools needed to perform various tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform facility maintenance to include interior painting and minor interior structure repairs
