About The Position

Perform preventive maintenance according to the schedule in the quality management system. Identify and create preventive maintenance tasks based off on the job experiences. Regular inspections of all equipment. Reacting and problem-solving unexpected issues on metal and optical CNC equipment, PVD coating chambers, and general facilities. Vacuum pump maintenance, including oil and filter changes, and pump replacements. Vacuum leak detection on PVD coating chambers utilizing both RGA and Helium Leak Detectors. Rebuilding magnetrons, electron beam guns, and ion beam sources regularly. Light machining work fixing broken screws and threaded holes. Tramming of CNC machines both via software and mechanically. HVAC filter and belt replacements Light building construction and painting. Lock out and tag out equipment when working on said equipment. Requirements

English is the primary communication language. Excellent written and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and coordinate across departments when appropriate.
Experience in precision manufacturing environment
Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Must be able to lift 51 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
This position is on site, no remote work option.
